Shipping typically takes 3-5 days after prescription and payment is processed. (And don’t worry: delivery is always discreet.)

We prioritize timely processing to ensure you’re able to start your journey as quickly as possible. If you have not received your medication in that timeframe, please message your care team in your patient portal.

How much does Percy Health cost?

We offer three different plans. Here’s how much our compounded Semaglutide costs in each one:

With the month-to-month plan, your medication costs $189 the first month ($100 off!) and $289/month after that.
With a 3-month commitment, your medication costs $189 the first month ($100 off!) and $289 $239/month after that. You save $50 every month!*
With a 1-year commitment, your medication costs $189 the first month ($100 off) and $289 $189/month after that. You save $100 every month!*

All plans are recurring subscriptions, but you can cancel at any time.

Do you take insurance?

Insurance requirements for coverage of GLP-1s are stringent, and most people don’t qualify.

Due to that, Percy Health does not currently accept insurance for its weight loss treatment plans. However, we strive to make our services accessible and affordable by offering competitive pricing and various subscription plans to fit different budgets. Is shipping included?

Yes, shipping is included in your Percy Health subscription. Your medication will be delivered discreetly to your door at no additional cost, ensuring a seamless and convenient experience as you embark on your weight loss journey.

Are there any hidden fees?

At Percy Health, we believe in full transparency. Your subscription covers all essential services, including personalized treatment plans, medication, and ongoing support. We do not impose hidden fees or any additional subscription costs. Our goal is to provide a straightforward and trustworthy experience, allowing you to focus on your weight loss journey with confidence.

Can I use an FSA/HSA card for this?

Compounded semaglutide may qualify for FSA/HSA coverage, but eligibility can vary depending on your plan. Since compounded medications are created specifically for individual needs, they may not always be covered.

To ensure coverage, we recommend checking with your FSA or HSA administrator, as they can confirm if compounded medications like semaglutide qualify under your specific plan.

What if I want to cancel?

At Percy Health, we understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to make the cancellation process straightforward for our patients.

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee when joining Percy Health. If you aren’t seeing results within the first 30 days, just ask for your money back and you’ll be refunded in full.

If you decide to cancel your subscription, please contact us at least five (5) business days before your next prescription renewal. This notice period allows us to process your request in time to prevent the next shipment. Please note that once an order has been processed, we cannot cancel it, and you will be responsible for that payment. Your cancellation will take effect for subsequent orders. Also, due to the nature of our products as prescription medications, we cannot accept returns once an order has been shipped.

What is your refund policy?

At Percy Health, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you don't see weight loss results within your first 30 days of using our compounded medication, we'll issue a full refund.

After the initial 30 days, we cannot provide refunds once an order has been processed, nor can we accept returns of prescription products for reuse or resale.
